At DearKurti we take great care in inspecting and packaging every order before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, color preference, or personal expectations.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund claim, customers must provide:
- A continuous, unedited video recording of the package opening process.

The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening.
- The shipping label and package condition.
- The complete unboxing process without any cuts, pauses, or edits.
- The damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.
Claims submitted without a clear and complete package opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Size & Fit Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart and product details before placing an order. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds due to incorrect size selection.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Products ordered in the wrong size.
- Change-of-mind purchases.
- Minor variations in color due to screen/display settings.
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Claims submitted without the required unboxing video.
Refund Processing
If a claim is approved after verification, we may offer a replacement, or refund at our sole discretion.
